Director, Client Solutions
Currently we are seeking a Director, Client Solutions who will be ultimately responsible for the optimal delivery of TargetRx solutions to meet client needs within budget/margin targets. Is the main conduit of communications between TargetRx and the client. Will serve as Content Expert, Client Project Coordinator, Client Liaison, and Project Design Lead.

- Compensation: Base salary + Bonus + Equity
Responsibilities
- Ensures clients needs, questions, inquires, and objectives are clearly understood, interpreted, and communicated within the Client Solutions Team.
- Ensures deliverables address client needs by partnering with clients to achieve business results.
- Channels client requests, questions, inquires to Business Analysts, Client Solutions (application experts) to obtain answers and solutions.
- Works with Business Analysts, Client Solutions to generate client responses including where necessary a risk/benefit/cost assessment along with the TargetRx recommendation on proposed solutions (including project configuration).
- Co-ordinates meetings, conference calls with clients and sends agreed upon follow up and action items to client.
- Responsible for internal tracking documentation (project status update) and is responsible for keeping current on all client requests/updates to project scope and deliverables (including completed and outstanding tasks).
- Leads in development and presentation of client deliverables, recommendations, tracks client progress on action items.
- Develops best practices for Client Solutions Team and develops and provides training to Clients as required.
- Assists in Business Development process when required as well as provides technical support on an as needed basis.
- Works to maintain updated information in Salesforce.com.
Qualifications/Experience
- 7-10 + years of Related Pharmaceutical Industry Experience (Combination of Marketing/Brand Manager/Market Research/Sales and Sales Management/roles).
- Possess 3-5 years of account management/solution delivery experience in the services sector (Consulting/Data Management Industry preferred)
- Able to relate/communicate to key client personnel in a professional/credible fashion.
- Strong project management skills (leadership-motivation skills).
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of research design.
- Relevant knowledge of market research techniques used in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strategic Thinker (can apply strategies to execution and tactics).
- Comfort/ability to provide analysis/recommendation on data/analytic metrics.
- BS Degree in Marketing/Business/Economics or related field. MBA preferred.
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to travel locally/national (15-25%).
