Business Analyst, Client Solutions

 

Business Analyst, Client Solutions  -  will be ultimately responsible for applying market research to produce business insights/actionable results for client deliverables.

  • Reports to Director Client Solutions & Business Analytics
  • Compensation: Base salary + Bonus + Equity

Responsibilities

  • Collect raw deliverable report to create monthly deliverables for internal review.
  • Assists in Quality Assurance on deliverables and verifies accuracy of data and analysis results.
  • Assists in the development of client presentations.
  • Develop analysis, reporting and research plans.
  • Hands-on project execution: questionnaire design, sample plan, data collection, analysis, reporting.
  • Determine findings and draw appropriate insights/conclusions.
  • Writing clear reports that address business implications.
  • Opportunities to assist with project development, product development, and business development.
  • Assists in any additional technical analysis when requested by the client.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience of related Pharmaceutical Market Research/Analyst work.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of research design.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret results of multivariate analysis.
  • Ability to form working relationships with all levels of clients.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, high workload, and extreme amount of detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to meet very strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • BS Degree in Marketing/Business/Economics or related field. 

(MBA preferred)

  • Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in SPSS, Wincross or other tabling software required.
  • Ability to travel locally/nationally (15-25%).
