Our Commitment to Privacy
At TargetRx, our business is to better serve you by providing you with the interesting, customized experiences you expect and by soliciting your information, views, and opinions. Protection of privacy is a fundamental part of our business. We view these responsibilities to you and our clients as the basis for long-term, rewarding relationships.
We hope you will read this privacy policy carefully, and let us know if you have questions or concerns. If this privacy policy is changed in any material way in the future, we will notify you at the email address you have provided to us.

- What We Will Not Do
As important as what information we collect and how we use it (see below) is what we will not do with the information. We make the following simple promises:
- We will not make your mailing address, telephone number, fax number, or email address available to any third party without your consent, other than as expressly set forth below.
- We will not provide your personally identifiable responses to any market research survey question or educational program request for information to any third party, other than as expressly set forth below, unless such question or request is expressly identified. For instance, we may ask you at the end of an educational program if you wish to receive additional information on the topic presented or samples of a drug mentioned. Typically, we would forward such requests for information to a third party, such as a pharmaceutical company, for fulfillment.
- We may provide your personally identifiable information, responses to any market research survey question or educational program request for information to a third party market research or consulting group; however, such information, responses, and requests would be provided only under terms and conditions of confidentiality and permitted use that are consistent with this Privacy Policy. For instance, in the course of our work we may collaborate with another market research company to assist us or our clients in the analysis of data. In the course of such work, that market research company may need to access your personally identifiable responses; however, that market research company would be required to respect the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- In the event of the sale of all or substantially all of the business or assets of TargetRx or a liquidation in bankruptcy, we may make your personally identifiable information, responses and requests available to an acquirer; however, we will not do so except under terms requiring the acquirer to respect the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- TargetRx will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders of any court or administrative body. Such compliance may require the disclosure of your personally identifiable information, responses and requests. TargetRx will use reasonable efforts, as appropriate, to avoid or minimize any public disclosure.
The only exceptions to the foregoing promises are as follows:
